I’m standing to bring steadfast leadership and a back-to-basics focus on roads, water, rubbish, and community safety. Council has drifted into wasteful spending and lost sight of its core job.

I’m standing to bring practical, community-focused leadership to our district. As a working parent and volunteer, I see the real impact of rising rates and poor infrastructure.

After 10 years here, I’ve seen our community grow while council services stand still. I’m running to fix our broken roads, stop wasteful spending, and deliver the infrastructure our families, farmers, and businesses need.

Kaipara has great potential, but it needs a council with a plan. We’ve got to back local businesses, bring in visitors, support young people, and fix the basics like roads and services.

I’m standing with ACT to deliver real change: lower rates, better roads, dependable rubbish services, and smarter infrastructure.

I’m running because I know how hard people work to pay their rates. As a construction director, I’ve spent years planning projects, solving problems, and keeping budgets on track, and I believe our local board should do exactly the same.

I’ll fight to keep rates affordable by cutting waste, not inventing new ways to tax people. Let’s fix what’s broken and build a council that works for the people—so our community can thrive.

I’ll fight to get the local board back to basics – advocating for better infrastructure, protecting parking, making sure every dollar is spent where it really matters, and standing up for all ratepayers, no matter their background.

I’ll work hard to make sure every rates dollar is spent wisely, that our board advocates strongly and pushes council for safer roads, better stormwater management and well‑maintained facilities, and that Henderson‑Massey gets its fair share.

Ōrākei already has strong ACT representatives in Parliament with Brooke van Velden and David Seymour standing up for the local residents of Tāmaki and Epsom. But our mission to deliver real change and deliver strong advocacy and representation for the local community doesn't stop there.

Howick is home to me, it’s where I grew up and where I’m raising my own family. But lately, it feels like our community isn’t getting the basics right. Rates keep going up while services fall behind. I want to help turn that around.
